KR8TIV AI — KIN Service

Your KIN is yours. We don't train public AI models on your data. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. Every KIN instance is siloed — your conversations, files, and personal data are isolated from all other users and from our own systems.
We built KIN to be the most personal AI companion possible. That only works if you can trust us with your data. We take that seriously.
This Privacy Policy applies to Aurora Ventures dba KR8TIV AI ("KR8TIV," "we," "us," or "our") and covers all data collected through the KIN service, including our website, AI companions, concierge features, VPS hosting, Genesis NFT mint, and subscription management (collectively, the "Service").
KR8TIV AI is not currently a registered business entity. We are operating as a sole proprietorship and intend to formally register in the near future. This does not affect our commitment to protecting your privacy.

Your KIN relies on third-party AI providers to function. When your KIN processes a request, it may send data to:

We do not sell data to any of these providers. Data is transmitted solely for the purpose of operating your KIN. We select providers who commit to not training on API data where possible.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
Note: KIN companions may be gifted to family members including younger users, but account holders must be 18+ and are responsible for managing access and supervising use by minors.
